This position is responsible for working independently and with other team members on special projects and daily IT functions, including:
- Supporting employees with software and/or hardware issues as they arise.
- Reviewing and evaluating computer hardware and associated replacements
- Assisting Network Administrator to provide tactical and strategic input in regards to overall network planning and related projects as they relate to computer hardware and/or software
- Recommending and implementing changes to improve or enhance systems
- Providing other managers and departments with necessary information
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years experience in a related field
- Strong PC hardware background
- Proficient in numerous Microsoft Windows applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals
