The Lease & Rental Administrator is responsible for ensuring all completing all tasks including operational and accounting responsibilities.
This Lease & Rental Administrator is responsible for the following:
- Successfully provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Set up all new customers for leasing and ensure proper documentation is compiled
- Prepare all monthly billing for lease and rental customers and rebilling for miscellaneous items to customers outside of their regular payments
- Licensing & Registrations, including yearly updates and licensing tasks as needed
- Manage AR and follow up with customers for on time payments
- Properly ensuring reconciling AP/AR to PacLease, Corporate and other vendors
- Other tasks as assigned
SKILLS:
- Minimum of 3 years of AP, AR and general office experience
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Organized, dependable, and accurate
- Flexible, conscientious, and meticulous
- Takes pride in work and enjoys supporting others
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Industry experience is a plus
- Ability to 10 key
