PARTS MANAGER

This is a hands-on position involved in business decision making, strategic planning and sales growth. This is a fast-paced environment with high expectations where you are rewarded for doing exceptional work.

This position is responsible for the performance and management of all parts activities including:

  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Hiring, training, supervising, motivating, and counseling parts employees
  • Encouraging a safe working environment.
  • Managing and building sales
  • Inventory management
  • All aspects of customer service
  • Managing the compliance of all federal, state and local regulations as well as company policies and procedures
  • Other tasks as assigned

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Must display excellent leadership skills
  • Parts experience or management experience in truck parts or a related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Displays a “can-do” attitude that focuses on accountability and solutions
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent follow up and communication skills, both oral and written
