This is a hands-on position involved in business decision making, strategic planning and sales growth. This is a fast-paced environment with high expectations where you are rewarded for doing exceptional work.
This position is responsible for the performance and management of all parts activities including:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Hiring, training, supervising, motivating, and counseling parts employees
- Encouraging a safe working environment.
- Managing and building sales
- Inventory management
- All aspects of customer service
- Managing the compliance of all federal, state and local regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Other tasks as assigned
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must display excellent leadership skills
- Parts experience or management experience in truck parts or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Displays a “can-do” attitude that focuses on accountability and solutions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- Self-motivated
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Excellent follow up and communication skills, both oral and written
